How badges are earned
  • Verified profile. Shop name, category, country, blurb, contact, and hours are filled in the listing — not a self-tick.
  • Active 3+ months. Workspace created at least 3 months ago on DEEP Vault.
  • On-time invoices. At least 3 invoices marked paid on or before their due date via Vault / WhatsApp pay.
  • Tax pack set. An OECS VAT / GCT / ABST pack is configured on the shop (B2).
  • WhatsApp invoices. Sent at least 3 WhatsApp invoice shares in the last 90 days.
  • Community rated. At least 3 published community reviews averaging 4+ stars.
