Terms

The service

DEEP Vault is a product of DEEP Works, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It is software for household money and Caribbean shops — not a bank, not a payment processor in every island, and not tax, legal, or lending advice. You are responsible for GCT/VAT/GST filings and for what you send to clients.

Acceptable use

Use the product for your own books and shops. Do not:

• Break the law, launder money, or store other people's ledgers without their say-so.
• Probe, scrape, or overload private APIs, Studio, or other people's vaults.
• Upload malware, or try to bypass row-level security, rate limits, or AI quotas.
• Share login links or passwords in public. Keep household invites inside the household.
• Use Coach or vision to process data you have no right to process.

We may suspend a workspace that abuses the service, burns AI spend, or harms other users.

Subscriptions and billing

Personal Free is the money OS. Plus and Ultra, and shop Starter / Pro / Ultra, are paid plans billed in US dollars through Stripe. Shop trial is fourteen days. Books inside the app still default to EC$ (XCD). Cancel in Settings → Subscription; access runs to the end of the period you paid. Prices on Pricing can change; we will not silently change a term you already paid. Custom payment capture for enterprises is a separate conversation — use Enterprise.

Directory reviews

Public directory listings are opt-in. Reviews must be from a signed-in person, one rating per shop, and cannot be of your own listing. Keep them honest and civil — no spam, scams, hate, or fake praise. Shops may reply. Anyone can report a listing or review. DEEP Works / Studio may edit, hide, or suspend listings and reviews that break these rules or look like badge gaming.

Open-data API keys

Researcher and NGO keys are for published, anonymised OECS mobility aggregates only (see Open data and the Privacy page). Keys are hashed at rest, rate limited, and revocable.

• Do not try to re-identify people or shops from the cells.
• Do not share a live key. Ask Studio for a new one if staff change.
• Credit DEEP Vault / DEEP Works on public reuse, and keep to the purpose you stated on the request form.
• We may throttle, rotate, or revoke a key that ignores k-anonymity, rate limits, or that purpose.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Islands lose power, phones drop WhatsApp, and model providers can be wrong — check the numbers before you file tax or send an invoice. To the extent SVG law allows, DEEP Works is not liable for lost profits, lost books you did not export, or third-party WhatsApp / email / model outages. If a court nonetheless finds us liable, our total liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid us for DEEP Vault in the three months before the claim (or EC$ 100 if you were on Free).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Courts of SVG have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek an injunction anywhere to stop abuse of the service.
